Awww I don't see my favorite enemy here (Likuri) ..Then again, these are only all of the enemies from Door to Phantomile, right?

If someone can be bombarded by AT LEAST 3 Spiny Shells, 2 Lightning Bolts, an Ink Spill, then dodge every Red Shell thrown at him/her, and STILL come in first... Then that person is either cheating, or has some true skill.
